Aside from ferrying passengers from one port of call to the next, 2Go Superferry also offers supply chain services such as RoRo, vehicle shipping or rolling cargo, FCL and LCL cargo, and cargo which need special handling.

We have listed for you the available freight services together with contact numbers to facilitate booking. We strongly suggest you call 2Go to book your freight, your private car, or if you have any questions about rates, your cargo, special handling requirement, etc.

We will not be able to answer any of your freight related question here in this website, except to say that, yes 2Go Superferry vessels can transport and ship your car.

ROLLING CARGO

If you want to ship your vehicle, if you want to bring your car from one port of call to another, follow this guide provided by 2Go on their official supply chain website:

First –  Call 2Go Customer Interaction Center and book your cargo. Contact number at (+632) 528 7400.

Second –  Bring your vehicle to the Rolling Cargo Area in any of Superferry’s ports of operations 48 hours before the vessel departure.

You will be required to submit the following documents:

• Official Receipt
• The vehicle’s Certificate of Registration
• Deed of Sale (for second hand vehicle)
• Delivery Receipt & Sales Invoice (for brand new vehicle)

Other Supply Chain Services offered by 2Go

RORO – Book your RoRo transactions 48 hours before Superferry vessel departure. For bookings and other queries, call up 2Go hotline for RORO services at (+632) 7799 222, Monday to Saturday 8 AM to 5 PM.

FULL CONTAINER LOAD (FCL) – For rates and other inquiries regarding FCL, simply call 2Go’s customer service hotline at (+63 2) 528-7400 or email freight@2GO.com.ph.

LESS CONTAINER LOAD (LCL) – 2Go Superferry telephone number for LCL transactions is (+632) 7799 222. CSR wills entertain queries 8 AM to 7 PM Monday to Friday, while it’s 8 AM to 5 PM every Saturday.

BREAK BULK and LIQUIDS – For cargo with irregular dimension or out-of-gauge, or liquid commodities, 2Go offers the Break Bulk and Liquid service. Call the dedicated CSR hotline at (+632) 528 7400, Monday to Saturday 8 AM to 5 PM.

TEMPERATURE CONTROLLED CARGO – Aboitiz 2Go Superferry is technically proficient in the management of refrigerated movement, which includes pre-trip inspections, loading/stuffing and routing.
